We do not ordinarily collect sensitive information. Where we do, it is used only with your consent for the specified purpose, or where required or authorised by law.
We ensure personal information is stored in a manner that reasonably protects it from misuse, loss and unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. We use Microsoft 365 (Exchange, OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams, Planner and Office) to perform our work. When personal information is no longer needed we take reasonable steps to destroy or de-identify it; most information is kept for a maximum of five years.
You may access the personal information we hold about you and request that it be updated, corrected or deleted, subject to certain exceptions.
We take reasonable steps to ensure your personal information is accurate, complete and up to date. If you find the information we hold is inaccurate, please let us know so we can update our records.
When you use our website we collect information to improve its performance, including links clicked, search terms, navigation details and browser type, collated with Google Analytics. This data is de-identified, stored in the cloud with encryption and restricted access, and used to understand how people use the site. You may opt out by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
